Generating a 665% increase in Revenue

Techsilver are a start-up eCommerce business who sell a diverse range of products and tech to help seniors and people with Dimentia. These products range from dementia trackers to big button keyboards to help seniors use technology better and feel safer. With more over 55’s using e-commerce stores than ever before it was crucial Techsilver increased their digital presence. We planned a targeted strategy across all marketing for Techsilver’s site for it’s target audience alongside running paid search and social campaigns. These campaigns saw Techsilver’s traffic, transactions and revenue all increase.

Challenge

With Techsilver being a start up with very big ambitious plans for the future, they wanted to become the leader in the industry for tech products for the senior market. They had a set budget across all of there marketing channels so we had to analyse performance of there current campaigns as well as increasing organic search performance to maximise there reach and budget to generate a good ROI. One of the main starting elements was done via an SEO campaign which was a cost-effective way they could compete with competitors.

Strategy

We worked closely with Techsilver to find key products that generate them the best ROI, with there being such a diverse product range we had to compare multiple data points to see which products Techsilver could excel with and produce solid revenue from. From here we reviewed their current marketing, website and revenue and implemented solid recommendations to increase the website conversion rate and generate the site more traffic.

Solution

We helped develop a targeted (PPC) search and shopping campaigns to drive more transactions for some of the highest profit margin products, this has allowed them to become the leading company within the industry for Dementia Trackers. Along with this we started a link building campaign which created high quality links from some of the industries leading resources that delivered a huge impact on SEO results and referrals to the website and in return generated a 665% increase in revenue.

Results

Following the strategy, implementation and management we helped generate a huge increased in transactions and revenue for Techsilver. This allowed them to stay grounded to their business ethos and deliver high quality products to meet the requirements of the customer while growing the business and revenue. From working with Techsilver we have helped them to be seen as the leaders when it come to technology for seniors and dementia products.
