Cupid Carriages are a Yorkshire based vintage and modern wedding car hire company. They cover the whole of Yorkshire and the East Midlands and have over 30 cars they hire out for weddings and other special events. As a local business they want to generate as many enquiries as possible for the lowest possible spend but spread there marketing budget out to cover multiple channels so that they are not reliant on one marketing channel.

Challenge

With a set budget Cupid Carriages wanted to vastly increase the number of enquiries the business was getting on a monthly basis with the main goal of increasing enquiries during slow winter months when people aren’t actively searching for wedding cars. Another main goal of the campaign was to increase their industry recognition, they currently received a lot of extremely positive reviews and really wanted to show there standing within the wedding industry.

Strategy

We used social data to research the exact target market we wanted to target and spit tested targeted adverts to drive conversions through low trend months. Therefore generating more enquires when less people search. Using search data as a comparison we created targeted search strategies to target key periods and drive traffic when most people were searching.

Solution

We create targeted social campaigns that allowed us to engage with key demographics to promote social conversions, this had a huge impact on conversions at an all-time low cost per lead. We also entered Cupid Carriages into multiple Wedding Industry awards where we were able to leverage the companies positive review to promote Cupid during the voting period, Lastly for search we grew the marketing in key locations which were strong for wedding enquiries.

Stunning results

Implementing a strong Facebook marketing & advertising strategy has allowed us to almost double Cupid Carriages Facebook follows over 12 months, this generated over 1.5k new followers which now generate enquiries on a daily basis. Organically the website now ranks in the top 3 for 40 different locations and Cupid Carriages also won Yorkshire Wedding Transport Provider of the year for 2 years in a row.
